Join us in Valley Ford once again for 15+ hours of music, 1 night of camping, endless boogying and a healthy dose of barnyard shenanigans.

Sunday Vinyl Brunch feat. DJ's Marty & Thrashlyn

Q: Can I volunteer? Is there an opportunity to offset the ticket price for those of us facing financial hardships?

Q: Can I contribute something random and fun and be a part of the fabric of what makes the barnyard social a special gathering? Giant bubbles? Mechanical bull? Scary easter bunny costume?  

A:  Absolutely, please fill out THIS FORM if you are interested in contributing something cool, whacky, or unique!

Q: Where is the event located?  

A: The Barnyard Social takes place on private property in the Valley Ford area. We will send out the exact address in the weeks leading up to the social. 

Q: What time can I show up on Saturday? When do we get the boot? 

A: Gates open at 10am. Please plan on leaving by 2pm on Sunday (unless you want to stay and help clean wink wink)

Q: Can I bring my kids? Do they have to pay for a ticket? 

A: While I cannot guarantee this will be a "family friendly affair," you're kids are certainly welcome! Kids under 12 can come for free, just please keep an eye on them. 

Q: Is Camping included with my ticket purchase? 

A: Yes! Camping is included at all ticket price levels.

Q: Can I bring my dog/cat/turtle? 

A: While we love your furry friends, this is a pet-free event. 

Q: Can I arrive early Saturday or on Friday? 

A: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early entry for regular ticket holders. Become a volunteer if you wanna be there early so bad! 

Q: Is there parking?

A: Parking onsite is limited, carpooling is a MUST. If you show up in a car by yourself you will be charged an additional $20 at the gate. 

Q: Can I bring my RV or camper van? 

A: No full size RV's allowed at this event as camping space is limited. Camper vans and sleeping in the ol' truck bed are allowed on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee a flat parking space! 

Q: Do I need to bring all of my own water? 

A: We will have refillable water stations around the event. Always a good idea to come prepared though! 

Q: Will there be showers? 

A: No showers are available. There is running water for hand washing, teeth brushing. 

Q: Will there be food to purchase? 

A: Yes! We will be selling dinner on Saturday and a light breakfast on Sunday morning. Payment accepted via apple pay, credit card, and CASH! 

Q: Can I bring my own alcohol and food?

A: This is a BYOB event. 

Q: What happens in the case of rain? 

A: This event is rain or shine! Prepare to camp in the rain. In the case of heavy rain, we will corral all you barn animals inside the barn to get cozy. 

Q: Can I leave and come back? 

A: Sure can.
